Ok so everytime we try and open up a file it says "File did not load completly"

Why is that? Is the file corrupt. The file we have to pull off of a companys FTP. We can only pull it to 1 pc... which is the problem. No others have acess to that FTP. The exel will open up other files btw.

Its only 1 file that is doing this.. The cells are about 65000 deep. Meaning there are 65k rows while it only goes to about 8 or 9 colums...

It sounds like you are having an issue with the FTP download. Try and FTP it to your computer like on your desktop or documents. Dont' try to open it up from excel. Once it's on your pc then you shold be fine, if not it's an issue with the file or the ftp process.

Can you copy to a network share without FTP??

Can you copy it to a disk from the source instead of FTP?

we have saved it to the desktop and it still opens up with the same message...

So it can only be the file being corrupt right?

Do you think its fugging up during the transfer or is it alraedy fugged up from the ftp.

It could be either one really, I would guess the FTP transfer is causing issues.

Do you have access to the server or pc that it is on/

Try e-mailing the file to the other pc's that you want it on(from the original source pc or server). That should work fine if they all have e-mail. Or send it to your gmail account and then you can get it from all of them.

bascially its a file made from a Lead Management program which then is put on the server for us to down load FTP.

We have done this many times before the same way... its just happening this once.
