how do you resize a picture for an avatar

in windows right click it and you should have a resize option...you can enter custom sizes or pick from the 3 default choices. if not send it to myself or supercoe and we'll fix it up for you

you have to have windows xp and be using the image resize powertoy

right click on an image->resize then choose advanced and custom size on our forum the max size for an avatar is 133x133
