ok...heres my deal...I am working on building the system in my latest ride....(I picked up a 97 explorer..I know it aint much but for whatever reson I love em....and Im not even a Ford fan)...I was gonna add a playstation to it but have some issues with her (the Gf) son and how much time he spends playing games.
I am doing 1 screen in dash up by me....and 3 in the rear....dua amps and 1 sub and replacement door speakers and some other goodies.
I have added a port to use my laptop as a media device and a box in which to secure it in and a convertor so I can keep it powered up.
Now you all know I wanted to get a xbox but was gonna wait till the 360 is out and get in on it.......
but I have 2 playsation 2's.....1 which is the slimline model and 1 that is a full media drive model......which I am having sent out for the laser which is fooked anyways.
Dude I work with wants the full media model for his car.....and I was thinking of selling one of mine till i was gonna put it in the car right.....but now I have a chance to trade straight across for the xbox and have it like I wanted and we agreed $7 per game that he has...which is a bunch.
dunno what to do....if I get the xbox I will want to keep it inside and play with that and then get my new one in the holidays...if I keep the the playstation I dont know if I want to add it to my ride or not(like I said I already have issues with the kid playing all day/night.....like we go to bed and I got up at 3 am and he was still playing.....when I got home later around noon he was still in same clothes and hadnt moved...just played....he stayed over for a week once..never lifted a finger to help out his mom...just played all day.)
good news is he dont like xbox so i would think it would be safe for me to be able to play once in awhile myself.
maybe i should get the x...and move out...haha
life has sure gotten difficult since I joined up with her.
maybe Im just better off chasing missB...... :gtfout :plunge
