I have a very old PQ Magic 6 on 2 floppys copied by an old teacher..

Well it wont partition my NTSF drive on XP.. So I am thinkin I need a new version or ma I doing something wrong


I boot-up with disk 1 in then it asks me for disk 2. I have a 32mb drive that is FAT it will let me but wont let me do the 40gig NTSF

Are you sure? Even since PQ Magic 5, I can play with NTFS partitions...


What exactly are you trying to do? Create new partitions with unused space? Resize existing partitions?


Can you tell me how your harddrive is look like now? How many partitions? What type of partitions, primary or extended? How logical drives? Etc..
