Consumer Reports Retracts IPhone4 Recommendation

I like how they recommend the IPhone4. Then after they actually test the thing realize it's a shitty phone... Guess everyone is a retarded FanBoy when it comes to Apple products being the end all be all of technology.. ghey

Yeah industry leaders have already said the software update will do nothing it's a hardware design flaw.. I hope this breaks Apple's holier than now persona..

as w most things apple, it's overhyped and overpriced.

that being said, i do like the no brain UI and do own an ipod touch. and if it were cheap enough, i'd get a iphone 3G(S) but definitely not a 4. it's a good entertainment/media smartphone but it wouldn't be my first choice as a business phone.

The tests also indicate that AT&T's network might not be the primary suspect in the iPhone 4's lucky mobile no much-reported signal woes.

One solution to the Apple iPhone 4's antenna
problem is to cover the lower left corner with tape.
We did, however, find an affordable solution for suffering iPhone 4 users: Cover the antenna gap with a piece of duct tape or another thick, non-conductive material. It may not be pretty, but it works. We also expect that using a case would remedy the problem. We'll test a few cases this week and report back.
