I'm new here and looking to get into bikes. I'm 5'11" and 150(super skinny) and was looking at some newer ninja 250's. I would have to ride to school on the highway and was wondering if these would be a bit underpowered.

And, I'm not sure what you mean by "Great on the highway?"

If you're asking if it will be fast enough to ride on the highway, then yes.

Comfortable enough? I have no clue as I've never ridden one. But if you are new to bikes then this would be a good choice for a first bike regardless.

I have had 2 250 ninja's I'm 5 11 and was 150 lbs and it was fine for me in illinois. Plenty fast and great on the highway. Its a fun bike and a great learner/starter bike.
