Off season training

Time to start thinking about the off-season training, aside from drinking beer, what's some of the goals that everyone is shooting for in regards to health and fitness?

I have a goal if we are still talking about that. Not for ridding, but a work out goal. I want to pick up 10 lbs by the end of they year. You know not ice cream and cookies weight but lean muscle.

Might be $4.00 soon! I'll be putting knobbies on my bike if it snows. The hell with a cage and the cost to run them.

That's an awesome goal. Might be a bit difficult to attain, but worth an effort in trying. I'm not sure what your body composition is, nor your current height/weight or training experience is but depending on the right factors they could all add up.


My personal goal is to trim up some. I want to keep the same bodyweight (260), but get a little leaner. This is going to be a side effect of my primary goal, which is to add 25% to my throws between now and the opening of next season.

Ahh, that's the nice thing about my competitions. I don't have to worry about BF percentages.


While you guys put a lot of work into your training, I prefer to have some fun.
