I'M BACK

went running yesterday morning and lifted. ate steak, milk all day yesterday. today going to run only and eat eggs/rice for dinner! bought a nice nalgene bottle so i can bring water to all my classes (this is the only way i can stay off pop). gotta get these couple pounds of flab off my stomache. bought some cla also to help ditch the fat

we'll see how it goes

Good luck Corey! Getting off the pop will make you feel great... after the 2 weeks of caffeine withdrawal head aches.
