Has it hit your gym yet?

The winter rush to get back in shape or stay in shape for those runners out there. It hit this week at my gym. Not a problem, by the end of February it will be back to normal.

I'm just glad this week is done. Finished out my first phase of who knows how many for off-season training.

I'm afraid of what next week brings...
