Scheduling Problem…

So I had the bright idea to group Legs and Back together on the same workout day. After 20 min of staring at the ceiling hoping I wont throw up or pass out, I have decided to separate those. The blood didn’t know where to go first but one thing is for sure, there was very little in my cranium.

Lance dont feel bad some things look great on paper but you get in the gym and it just doesn't work. Your back and Legs are both HUGE muscle groups taking a lot out of you to work effectively. If you are trying to get more into a day just do one major group, back, shoulders, legs, chest and one or two smaller groups. Chest and shoulers take less out of you than legs and chest so even grouping chest with back or chest shoulders should work a little easier.
