So you're saying beer is worst than soda with all the sugar? Or you're saying you'd rather drink beer?

Think again guys. You're going to be stoked. Beer is the healthiest out of the 3. Of course fresh squeezed juice is going to be the healthiest but who drinks that? hardly anyone. Beer has a lot of antioxidants and very little sugar. Sure alcohol has 7 calories per gram but check this out.

Light Beers (12 fl oz) Calories
Amstel Light beer 93
Blatz Light beer 94
Bud Light beer 107
Busch Light beer 112
Carlsberg Light beer 112
Coors Light beer 105
Heidelberg Light beer 114
Keystone Light beer 100
Michelob Light beer 133
Miller Lite beer 97
Milwaukee's Best Light beer 99
Molson Light beer 109
Old Milwaukee Light beer 119
Old Style Light beer 114
Olympia Gold Light beer 70
Pabst Light beer 72

Sodas (12 fl oz) Calories
Club soda 0
Club soda, cream 170
Ginger Ale 120
Lemon lime 220
Orange 180
Root beer 165
Tonic Water 135
Seltzers, sweetened 150
Seltzers, diet 0

Soda is detrimental to your health. The sugar corrodes your teeth, the carbonic acids leech calcium from your bones, the sugar blunts your insulin response which leads to diabetes, the excess calories lead to obesity.

to EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY client I've ever had I would much rather them have 2 beers everynight than have 2 sodas.

I purposely started drinking wine (8oz) everynight because of its health benefits.

Of course this doesn't mean go out of control but seriously if you want to come home and have a drink a beer will not hurt you.

Sodas are changing these days.. They are using more natural grown products. Diet Dr Pepper has cut out all their sugar and taste pretty damn close to Dr pepper...

Beer is really unhealthy..

You mean natural like sugar? I'm pretty sure all diet sodas have zero sugar. they use aspertame.

Beer is not unhealthy.

beer CAN be unhealthy but a beer or two now and then will not hurt you at all.

Soda is MUCH worse.

Great info like usual...

But what about juice? I know most of us don't drink fresh squeezed juice, but even those juice like Tropicana or Oasis that written "not from concentrated" and also written "100% pure juice" is still worst than beer or soda? It has more calories?

Val,
a good natural juice is going to better but dont overdo the juice it has quite a bit of sugar I think they usually have 20-30g of sugar per 8oz so thats 80-120calories.

Damn... I will invent a device/machine that you can put any liquid in it and burn a specified percentage that you enter before you drink it...

I use http://www.funlight.no/
it's a sugarfree squash that comes in many different flavours I don't think they have that particular brand in HK but they may have something similar like Robinson's.

Pretty good and not much bad stuff in it.

Interesting drink, looks good... : Will have to shop around and see what's available... not sure if we have Robinson's here, but we have something call Ribena, quite popular here in HK...

Btw... what does "sukka" mean in Norwegian? :
