Supplements

What would be a good supplement to take that would curb appetite while burning calories and fat with also getting my metabolism to be faster?

Looking for something that wont make my heart race and do any harm to it. Thanks.

gym is the best work out.. Run Run Run. If you want a supplement get epederam or however you spell it lol. Makes your heart beat faster, etc... dont want to get into the details. But its your body and your choice.

well of course excersize would be mixed with it.....I was thinking something like Hydroxycut or something similiar.......

it seems a lot of these products have high amounts of caffiene.....that must be what makes your heart race.

ive lost 30 pounds in 1 month. naturally.

protein in the am, veggie salad w/ olive oil & vinegar for lunch, and a half grilled chicken breast salad w/ bell peppers-cucumbers-and tomatoes + kens lite caeser dressing.

only liquids are water, coffee, and 2 small glasses of skim milk with my breakfast. i drink a lot of Fruit2o (flavored water w/ 0 calories)

same thing everyday. running every other day + push-ups, sit-up, pull-ups, chin-ups, knee-ups every other day..

try that.. healthier than filling your body with supplements..

why does everyone think suppliments are bad? Sure, some are bogus, but if taken correctly with a good routine, they can enhance performance and/or guard against injury. They are meant to "suppliment" things like a good diet and exercise, not replace them.

That's like saying vitamins are bad, all medicine is bad... Might as well eat some herbs to cure that cancer because traditional medicine is bad.

Supps aren't bad at all when they're used correctly but I think people (myself included) come down too hard on people asking about supplements because of all the little wannabe huge abercrombie rejects at the gym that just stuff as many powders and pills into their mouth as they can and expect to get big from standing around playing grab ass in the gym then getting a little pump going and measuring their 12" biceps. annnnnddddd we're done.

Ephedra, Caffeine, Aspirin is the VERY VERY best fat loss supplement/ appetite suppresent there is. unfortunatly the ban is on its way back and as of oct 20th companies have stopped making it. So if you can go find some its commonly referred to as an ECA stack.

Hoodia, seems to be promising but haven't read much about it.

Caffiene alone still works pretty well to get you jacked up a bit and keep the cravings away.

Fortunately the best and cheapest fix is green tea. If you like tea this is easy if you dont then its a little rough and you'll need to add some crystal light so it tastes good.

The protocol. Brew up 5-12 tea bags in a big measuring cup then when they're done steeping pour the mixture into a your big water jug probably half-one gallon. Then add crystal light or splenda as needed. just work on this throughout the day. If you're sensitive to caffiene try to get this down by early after noon so you can sleep.

you ever notice, the biggest or strongest guys in the gym usually work out in long sleeves or sweatshirts...

I'm not big by bodybuilder or powerlifter standards. But, next to most of the population I'm bigger... I mean really, what percentage of men can bench 300? Less than 5% maybe?

It's funny

I dont know the percentages, it was just a guess. I mean, really, how many guys do you see in the gym slapping on 315 and not asking for a spot?

Right now I'd probably max out at 275....maaaaybe. I'm training for something totally different than outright strength

Sweet I train in long sleeves. I hope that means I'm big.

I'd say 5% can bench 300. 300 is a lot of weight. you think the average guy is 150lbs (but if he's american he's wearing 50lbs of blubber) you have to bench 2x your weight. Not many people can do that. I'm a strong guy I can count on one hand guys I've met stronger than me and when I'm dieted down I could probabably do 2x my bodyweight for 1 rep.

300 for 3 sets of 10 is no joke thats strong for anyone I could probably hang with dumbells but with a barbell I couldn't hang wth you now and I'm approaching 255 right now.
