Honestly Stone, the best thing that you can do is eat right (which you already do) and stay properly rested.
Supplements will only help if you are malnourished (which you aren't).
Sucks that you had two colds already but there not much you can ingest that will help prevent colds.
You're also in the gym alot and that's a breeding ground for germs. Try to not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth with dirty (unwashed) hands.
