first rock climbing session

my new gym has a 25 foot wall with 5 diff paths of increasing difficulty.

i could not even make it up the second path, i was within about 5 foot from the top a few times but could not make the final move to get it done

great workout, i did 30 minutes and was spent, lots of fun also, i deff will add it to my work out a few times a month.

anyone else try this

Is that Ada's Dave? Bunch of the guys on my shift go there. I finally quit smoking so maybe I'll get some lung capacity back, quit being a lazy ass, and finally start going to a gym too...

I tried couple of times on some beginner walls, definitely not as easy as some people think, pretty challenging and a good workout.

If you are a kid LOL
Man if I woulda had access to one as a kid! That woulda been CAKE!
Then again we are talking about the same time when I was able to rollerskate fullspeed at the rink for 6+ hrs a night and barely ever get off the rink but to eat or pee!!!

Fun stuff, I should get back into it.

yea, nice gym , good price

good for you on the smoking!!!!! its hard to start working out but once you do you feel soo much better.

The thing is you have to make getting to the gym a priority because there is always a million reasons not to go
