am i doing it right?
Hi guys, need your opinion please.
i am preparing for my first race ( after 2 months ) i am training 6 days a week which is 3 days weight lifting and 3 days running and swimming.
i am not an athlete and i gas out very very quick, i run 20 minets ( bettwean walking and runing ) then swimming 20-22 minets.
weight lifting is like this: bench press, squat, any pull exercise for the back and dead lift all 4 sets.
will this training prepare me in time for my goal?
the race normally takes 22-23 minuets.
