funny thing happened at the track

ive been really working on putting on some size the last 4 weeks, hitting the gym 6 days a week, working one body part a day, no cardio, and eating enough clean calories to feed an elephant with a tape worm

so i have gained about 10 lbs and knew i was deff bigger.

SO i did a track day last weekend. After about 3 laps on the bike when my shoulders and arms get pumped up my leathers get soo tight in the shoulder and arms I can barely raise my arms up to take off my helmet, lol. Looks like im gona have to get them sent out and altered a bit.

kinda funny and kinda sucks but it deff proves im bigger, lol

Why do you want to do that?

If you just want to get fit for the track the best thing to do is just some cardio.

I know the theory, but i don't do anything (cardio, workout or whatever....) so after a few laps i'm totally wasted, lol

im gona spin several times a week starting a month out from my race in december.

I still have decent endurance besides my leathers gettting too tight I felt fine. Trust me doing 5-10 sets of any coumpound exercise for sets of 8 as heavy as you can gets the heart rate elevated

we are hanz and franz and we are here to PUMP YOU UP, lol
