I was 225 last year. Benched big, squatted big, curled big blah blah blah... Also big looking too, but not really cut at all. Then I started thinking: SO FAWKING WHAT?? Who cares how much I bench? Then, I was putting up 365 X 2. now? I never go above 225, and stick with lighter stuff. My weight hovers around 200, but I want to loose more. I want more cardio, and so what if my biceps dont make my t-shirt stretch like they used to. I'm sure its better for going fast on the bike too.

When I used to work out at Golds it was a joke. Just a bunch of dudes looking at themselves in the mirror showing off and grunting. Now I lift solo in a tiny little gym. I dont play professional sports so there is no need for the strength. I carry a gun so if anyone wants some they'll just get popped anyways...

im about 215 currently. was 220. pretty solid too. although my tendonitis kicked in recently so im down for a short while.. but my plan is to get back to my running and keep lifting. i want to be no more than 200. it will make me much faster on the track, and its not as much weight to carry around.

i hear ya man.. the only real reason for me to drop weight is for racing. 8 lbs. = 1hp to the wheel. i figure if i drop to 200 even thats 2hp, and 191ish will be 3hp.. that makes a difference when your battling neck and neck with someone down the straight to the finish line.

I do! If you usually win, you know there are tournaments you can enter. I pulled for a few years. It is very competitive and they are held at bars so plenty of beer on tap. If you are good enough you can win money at it. Not allot but enough to want to win.
