forearms will grow from heavy pulling exercises. Dead lifting is probably the single best lift for them (as well as other muscles) but any type of heavy pulls will work your forearms. the only forearm specific lift I do is reverse grip curls. (palms down)
and as corey said lovehandles are all diet. Dont overdo the oblique work they can grow pretty well on most people and will only make your waist thicker. Unfortunatly for guys love handles are the first place you put fat on and the last place it comes off. Just hang in there.
