Feelin Great...and losing Weight

I decided to get off my arse and start to run and diet....well it has worked out great for me

i started at 270 lbs on 6/19 and i am down to 246 today....i am surprised i lost that much so quick but here's to more weight loss and gettin back on track for rugby

good job! yup running 3-4 times a week was the only thing that ever got me to lose weight, i need to start again, i'm pushin 200!!

vetts goin good....just need some new heads for teh new motor and its goin in

Just dont starve yourself keep eating sensibly. If you starve yourself your good losses will come to a screetching halt pretty soon.

i know....5 small meals a day..plenty of fruits and vegies....not starving just controling
