I went and bought a new 250 dirt bike(After I sold my 450). I wasnt sure I would ever be able to ride again due to a injury and surgery from last year(non motorcycle related). so I moved down to the smaller cc for a little more control :r1budha . and yes both pics are of the same bike one with aftermarket plastic on it, radiator guards etc.

awesome bro. i'm really starting to have withdrawls from motocross. i did amateur racing when i was in my 20's, but stopped riding when i moved to san diego in 2001. just not as many places to ride down here, and i got tired of driving 2+ hours to hit my favorite tracks.

i crashed pretty hard my last time out on the RM, and found myself lying on the ground, trying to get my breath back, wondering what the hell i was doing. just couldn't go as big as i used to, and these 10 year old kids were ripping right around me. just saw the writing on the wall. i'm thinking about getting a trail bike, but not till next year.

cool bike bro.

I think they are and they just updated them to the aluminum frame . I had one as a second bike last year they take some work to unlock all the emissions related choke it down stuff but in alot of ways they are alot more user friendly bikes.

thanks.
I actually spend a lot of time riding in woods. there is a place about two hours from here where you can camp and ride with a couple mx tracks and 800 acres of rough terrain and huge wooded hills. locally several friends have nice woods and mx rides. im old so almost everyone is faster than me on a real mx track-but it beats playing golf :r1budha

Nice ride Mac! I really like the white plastics too. The woods is the place to be, well, other than the track I guess.

If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.
