Question about going back to stock swingarm.

I'm looking at a bike right now that I may get. It's an 1994 FZR600. It has an extended swingarm on it a good bit. About half of the tire sets behind the rear of the bike.

From dealing with quads in the past and running extended swingarms I know that things need to extended like brake lines and whatnot, but my main question for anyone who knows is what would I have to do to return it to stock? I know that I'd have to get a stock swingarm, but is there anything else on these bikes that has to be changed while extending that I would now have to undo?

I've decided not to get that bike, but I'm still curious as to the question. I still like to learn things.
