I don't see any R6 in there, it basically looks like a shrunk down, but also much improved, 10R.
20lbs lighter then the 08, more power, all good.

not a fan of the monster rep at all, they put on a green seat and a single "M" decal and jacked up the price. They should have done a proper monster replica if they wanted to do one.

Isn't it just a sticker, a green seat and some rim tape?

rim tape is actually on the normal model too

i believe it's the sticker, seat, and glossy lower panel as opposed to matte lower panel.

So there are no substantial changes that actually make it worthy paying the price difference is what I'm saying... Didn't someone say it is priced a fair amount higher than the regular models?

To look and suck like Hopper... priceless.

P.S. It's $200 difference.

Not 100%, but I think it's the pointyness that could lend itself to resemblance. I've always equated the R6 with very angular lines.

Talking

Looks nice..
I like the new ZX-10's looks but the exhaust on this new 600 is just horrid ,as its older brothers is too. for the monster editon ,well the factory IMO should offer more tick bits on the bike then just paint and stickers.

Local dealer (NRC Racing of NRC engine covers fame) had a sneak peak night last week. It was mostly for the cruiser folks, but they did have a Monster energy 6R and a er-6n there.

I took some pics on my cell phone,

Also took a couple pics of the ER-6N, which is the naked version of the 650R.
