1000rr power comander questions

Hey all, got an 06 1000rr with a slipon and a bad part throttle stumble off idle. Stock filters, no PC. Once you leave a light if you very slowly roll on the throttle it will want to stumble until you twist through it then it takes off hard. Will a PC fix this annoying problem? Guy at work has an 07 600rr with a pc and his still does it. Is his set up wrong? He's got a canned map for a 2 bros pipe, (which he has).

sounds like a tune problem, downloaded maps usually arent spot on get a custom tune for ur bike, also honda's dont like lowish revs, they are geared pretty tall standard. -1 on the front or +2 on the rear makes em heaps nicer to ride....
