I feel bad for the poor guy...but he wasmovin to fast even if in this case he is in the right.

been through that with the ex wife as someone turned n front of her and claimed "I thought had enough time."

she shouldnt have even been considered for a citing but the cop wanted to cite my wife because she was driving my mustang at the time....:BS :offsett to the AZ cops for being dicks

the dude shoulda gotten a ticket but because the cop was lazy...neither wound up getting a ticket and the asshole that turned in front of her got away with it. I was pissed at the cop because my daughter was in the car and he didnt bother to take that in to anything.

in this..car was wrong for turning too slowly but the guy was moving too fast

just goes to show how fast it can happen

How can you tell his speed he is there for a few seconds you dont know the distance you dont know the speed limit on that road.. no matter what the speed that driver is an idiot and should be cited accordingly and be in trouble for being so stupid

mathmatics and physics could figure it out...or some algebra laws...I dont know them but you can tell the dude is moving close if not above 55...maybe thats the speed on that road (I doubt it) but if I could figure out the mathmatical equations we could determine his speed and hers...which I will say is at or near 2mph
