Miller Motorsports Park

I must say... the most fun Ive had on my bike.

I learned a ton... and unfortunly went down on Turn 1 at the end of the track day... ( at least it was at the end )

I have a few shots I can show everyone... just need to get em... Here is a couple

The crash was at turn 1... I was on Pilot Powers at a bout 110.... braking from the 179 you hit on the straight.

Looking good Steve

But yeah you gotta move your feet inside and back.
Try to tip toe if you can.

1. get yourr feet further back, balls of the feet on the pegs.
2. get off the bike more and get the bike more vertical for grip. Butt crack goes at the edge of the seat, one cheek one turn.
3. move your upper body over your off side more. you look to be more over the tank than your body. that had to make your back hurt like hell at the end of the day....
4. look with your upper bosy as well as your head, otherwise your neck is gonna hurt like hell at the end of the day too.

Coming into turn 1.... right at the apex the rear just gave way... I wasn't doing anything different in the turn than any other lap the whole day ( ie braking or gasing it too early.... I felt I had a pretty good line on that turn...

I did come in a bit faster than before but I wasn't expecting my back end to say goodbye so quickly.

A buddy of mine had told me becareful on your powers... when they get hot they get a bit gummy and can give way pretty easily....

I'm fine tho... just bitter about the bike, and of course a bit of pride has been taken.

I can't wait for the next track day

Yeah.... but the damage is done and there's no way back, so just fix the bike and get to the track again :

But get some fibers for track use and take it easy like your father said
Seriously....... many times the more you push it the slower you'll be. Just relax and let it flow

Damn Steve! Well you got it out of the way.. it happens to everyone eventually.

I went offroad a couple times at Button Willow, doing about 90mph. Scary shite!

You lost the rear and not the front? You were on the gas huh? That's unusual, but I wasn't there to see so I dunno. Just gald you are OK.
