1. get yourr feet further back, balls of the feet on the pegs.
2. get off the bike more and get the bike more vertical for grip. Butt crack goes at the edge of the seat, one cheek one turn.
3. move your upper body over your off side more. you look to be more over the tank than your body. that had to make your back hurt like hell at the end of the day....
4. look with your upper bosy as well as your head, otherwise your neck is gonna hurt like hell at the end of the day too.
