What to do with an old helmet

Couldnt use the the helmet for riding anymore....

So long story short: friends are over and drinking, breaking beer bottles and bar fights is broached, decided to see what would happen.

didn't work with beer bottles because of a high hoop strength, and an wonderfully absorbent helmet.

Actually they're a bit of a conversation piece for my wife's friends who can't afford a big bottle like that, so when it gets low she will fill it back up with JW Black and keep on pouring..ur..walking..ur..drinking..ur.... :

Damn did that hurt? I know some bottles just dont want to break...or when they do you never know how they will break. I knew a guy in florida that tried breaking a bottle on a bar counter and cut his hand wide open and had to get 13 stiches ...really sucked because he was trying to be all macho. It was a pretty big laugh every night out after that especially when he had to ask for help twisting off his beer caps

It didn't hurt at all actually. My buddy was wearing an old glove of mine and that was the first try at "medium" speed/strength. We tried before with a beer bottle and he was smashing them into the the helmet and they would not break, but those didn't hurt either.

This is not something I recommend, but it was after some and a somewhat intellectual discussion about how hard it would be to break.
