Need Opinions

I'll be picking up a 71 and 72 CB 350 tonight to park in my third-floor without elevator apartment's dining room for my winter projects. I'm totally stoked and incredibly excited for the potential these bikes have.

So I want opinions. Would you turn them into a clubman style cafe bike(s)? A bobber? Or a street tracker?

I like all the ideas I've seen, but haven't got a clue where I want to go with them... I just want to have a vision and goal before I get in over my head and don't have a vision and nothing to look forward to.

So??? What do y'all think?

Cafe? Bobber? Street tracker? Remember I have two of them. So I can't do one of the ideas.

mostly i would say it depends on what they nee.
If they need a lot of items that are purely cosmetic, than go for the true clubman, british style, as those almost always look the best and also allow for some pretty cool ideas to be incorporated into them.

Street trackers are cool, but i just dont know how many people appreciate them at all.

as to the bobber, skip it. While it might look ok, every one i've ever seen has ended up just not looking right as the bike just doesn't lend itself to that conversion with the greatest of ease.
