<<severely underpaid and completey un-appreciated

other guys in my field and line of work making upto 14-15 to start

not shabby considering Im a right to work state and our wages suck the US nut here

but I aint even close to that

I used to make 50 g's a year........this sucks the ass man.

I dont have any bills any longer but I still cant see daylight

I hate my life at times

ok...done bitching for the day...I just got my useless check so I am getting some fuel and going riding.....too purdy to sit inside and since I just got blessed with a day off(yea...thats what I need...less time on the clock)Im gonna use it to have some fun and then try and be productive

maybe a ride will get my head set straight

i think the worst part of any job is being unappreciated. and not being supported by the boss is up there too.

my boss appreciates me, he tells me that all the time.
But my paycheck says otherwise.....

oh well, at least i can pay my bills, which is a lot more than i can say when i was making 45-50k a year, and thought i NEEDED all those fancy cars/trucks and nightsd out partying etc.

sometimes it's good to make less money......

oh hell no its not

he sent me everything once on what I needed to make there vs what I was making here.....dude life sounds so much easier out that way

pretty much what I make now would be akin to having 36,000 +

which I would be happy as hell at having or even being close to again

I need to move but at what cost?
1. loss of time with my precious daughter who I cherish more than anything in the world
2. cant think of anything else

discovered I had been stabbed in the back for awhile so I have no reasons to hang other than my kid...which is the part holding me here.....cant bare the thought of not being around her. And I dont know if I could do the fly in/out option either

I feel a bit underappreciated at my architecture job as well..

I got hired at 8.50 an hour to just update standard construction details. Almost immediately they had me drawing custom details for clients (cabanas, trellises, etc.) and now I do Hardscape plans, planting plans, irrigation, and even put together the whole construction documents set...

I have been working there a year now and have yet to get a raise. They even laid off one of the guys who was working there because I could pretty much do the same stuff he was except I get paid almost three times as less...
