Well, I just got back from my first trip to North Georgia/North Carolina/Tennessee area, and it was incredible. There were 9 of us, stayed in Blue Ridge Georgia, which is pretty much in the heart of a lot of the good roads. Did the Gap for the first time, was very cool. Nobody crashed, think I put on about 1,200 miles in 5 days of riding, which is a lot on those roads. My rear tire held up pretty well, think this is the first time I'll wear out the sides before the center. Here's a few pics that I have and one short video, we didn't get much on-board stuff, but I'll hopefully have a video to post up in the vid section in the next week or so.
Top of the Gap.
This corner was clean when we got there.
My buddy Matt with a loaner sparkie.
Rear tire, never seen a Pilot Power balled up like ours were down there.
Short video taken with my camera of three of us on the Cherohola Skyway. I'm the first one through. http://webpages.charter.net/coreyhef...2005%20090.avi
