Any Snowboarders in here?

Thinking about buying a snowboard this winter. I want a good board but don't wanna spend an arm and a leg on one.

What are some good boards for the $$?

Also any on-line stores you know of, they give the deep dicking around here for equipment

you can also research lamar, ride, rossignol, and forum. you could probably get a good deal on a previous years model..

Cool thanks, I found a rossignol pretty cheap. Guess I'll pick that one up.

I'm old...

Couldn't figure out how to stay balanced. Couldn't move the feet. Very unnatural. I'm mean to go downhill facing forward, not sideways. After a days worth of falling and slamming my huge carcass to the ground every time, I felt like a slab of meat hanging in the freezer after Rocky got done punching the shit outta me.

Took my son for his birthday, and gave it a go. Next time, I'll stick to the skis.
