Tail lights

I jsut found out both my rear lights where burnt out...and I had the car for less that 2 months....

It's a 2000 Golf....

I've also been noticing a lot more new cars have burnt tail lights than the older ones....anyone else notice that?

Most newer Vehicles are changing over to LEDs.....But for many cars with dual filiment, (1157/3157) the reason they burn out fast is because they burn really hot and you mash the brake alot.....

are mustangs prone to reverse light problems? I remember when the previous model mustang was just released, I was driving down the freeway when one of them passed me by. I noticed her reverse lights were on the whole time. I was like WTF??? then I saw another mustang with this problem a few months later.
