A motomummy first execlusive... Gumbers Noah's Arch Chilli Reciepe

EDIT... i added some.

Ok i use Gumber cuz Gumbys a registered trademark and all but thats what people call me...

Ok keep in mind this is really my 1st pass at this... i'll be refining the reciepe in the next couple days... This makes a large size crockpot portion... since this is my first past i didn't want to make too much... more to come in the future.

Utensils required...
Crock pot,
Spatcula,
Frying pan,
Can opener,
Some sort of measuring device (1/4 works well),
Serrated Knifes,
Note I also used a hammer, chisel, and hack saw to break up frozen meat.

Put the following in a crock pot and cook till your hearts content.
1 Large can whole tomatoes (hand crush them yourselfs... thats what i had in the shelf so there.)
1 Large can dark red kidney beans
1/4 cup chilli powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 large peporoni stick (diced)
1/4 cup cajun spice
2 yellow hot peppers for kick (de-seeded and sliced)
lots of hickory smoke flavouring... mmmm maple hickory taste...

All of the following were diced or broken up, pan fried in a bit of water olive oil, basil, and oregano then added to the pot. Also used 4 cloves of garlic pressed during this process (spread it out).
1 Elk Sausage (diced)
1 Venison Sausage (diced)
Fist size amount of ground Veal (not a kidey sized fist i mean a man size... i'll get the measurment tomorrow and edit this)
Fist size amount of ground Lamb.
Fist size amount of Beef
Fist size amount of pork roast (diced)
1 Chicken breast (diced)
1/3 Bison sirloin (diced)
1/2 package of bacon... make sure you put in all the grease from cooking this stuff.
1/3 duck breast.
1/3 Ostrich strip.
1/3 to 1/2 Rabit... yes i mean a whole rabit.

And thats it folks... i actually added the maple syrup and hickory flavor after but it was easier to type this way.

When serving add your favourite gratted cheese to the top.

Theres just something about eating 10 species in one spoonfull...

Here's the pic

LOL wendys chillie is just boiled out over cooked buger meat they screwed up... so far everyone i know that worked there said they wouldn't go near the stuff... but to each there own... So far the people who've tasted it like it... its got a real strong flavour do to the bison and duck, a subtle kick that will hit you after, nothing suicidal.

Anyways I eat wendys chilli too but then again I eat anything, I just know its not the best out there.
