Anyone else have trouble sleeping?

Just curious if we have any late nighters? Any tips for help getting better sleep.. I think I'm way too young to be having this problem.

That's b/c you touch yourself

Yeah, I've tried alot of things, and the only thing that seems to ever work for me is working out and taking sleep medicine, otherwise I'm up all night.

Plus if I'm ever stressed like I am currently; I will be up two to two and half days

yea I have sleeping problems.

for me, it's both physical and mental, I find that if I go for a walk before bed (usually walk for between 45 and 90 mins) it gives me enough of a chance to clear my head and stop stressing, aswell as wears me out enough that I can get some sleep.

Are you getting married or something? Because that would keep any guy up for weeks.

I fall asleep just fine. I can't stay asleep. It's not unusual for me to be out bicycle riding at 4:00 AM or worse...at work. I've found that it's less stessful for me just to accept that I'm up and just start the day.

Here are some things that work for me. If I can't sleep, I get out of bed. I had a doctor tell me that the bed was for two things...sex and sleep. If you're not doing one of those things, go some place else. The other thing seems obvious, but exercise works great. It's not that it gets me tired, but it helps to relieve stress. It's not unusual for me to wake up after just a few hours and find myself thinking about work.

These sound really simple, but before I started doing this, it wasn't unusual for me to go an entire week on only 2-3 total hours sleep. I can even remember times that I actually started seeing things due to sleep deprevation. I've found that if I can get 5 hours of sleep, that I'm pretty good the next day.

Oh...and the one or two times a year when the above doesn't work, I take a day off and ride all day. There is nothing like 8 hours on the bike to make all seem right with the world. I am absolutely conviced that riding kept me sane and probably helped save my marriage (would you want to be married to someone that was a tired grouchy fucker all the time)
