Traffic Ticket Situation

Well I got a speeding ticket last year, the first time I blew off putting the radar detector on the R1.

Well I did the whole www.ticketassassin.com thing, mailed in my response, then they mailed it back saying I was still quilty, then I mailed them back saying I still wanted to go to court, which is legal.

It's been 2 months, no court date, nothing. Would they just say screw it and throw it out?

Not sure about the US, but in Canada, you will only recieve a court date paper at least 3 months after you sent in your plead...

Honestly, most don't remember, but the problem is, they always have the report to remind them what happened...

Yeah, the whole process here is about 9 months from the date they received your plead... normally you will receive your court date paper in 3 months, and the court date can be from 3 - 7 months from the date you recieved the paper...

Anyway, you can always call them with your ticket no. to make sure...
