I've heard good things about it. I had it done on my shoulders for bursitis I think it helped.. You should also talk to them about your back. Thats cool about smoking though. You should quit it will make you faster!

My father has been in 3 severe auto accidents... the latest one has pretty much destroyed full range of motion in his neck and shoulders...

Becuase of the type of accupucnture he recieved. He can now pretty much look from left to right without pain whatsoever... and use of his shoulders have risen greatly.

That being said.. I would recomend it.

I've always heard good things about it, I definately think it helps , but it seems to me that you probably won't need a full 5 sessions before you totally quit, I think you could probably never smoke again as of now. Good luck!

Dude, I used this and quit in 2 days (I haven't had a smoke since early January), the only reason why it took 2 days and not just acouple of hours was that I procrastinated finishing the book.
You're not supposed to quit while reading it and there's no judgement passed, so you don't feel like a worthless piece of shit like most "quit smoking" campaigns does. This Method really works, you only need to buy the book and nothing else. No substitutes. I have not felt like going back to smoking ever since I quit and it's a GOOD FEELING TO BE A NONSMOKER!

It's $11.49 on Amazon.com
