Hrmm... well the camera's pretty sturdy, it's encased in an aluminum tube with O-ringed threaded ends. The additional lens that came with the kit has an aluminum housing with glass lens. The remote seems kinda cheap but works. The rest is just RCA connectors and lots of wire. I just got my stem stand for the camcorder which is pretty good quality. I didn't like the plastic snap mount for the bullet cam so I ordered quick release rifle scope rings. The smallest rings were 1", the cam is 23mm OD, so i gotta shim it alittle, but i think it's worth it because i got a SOLID removable mounting solution. The rings were expensive and it came in a pair so if anyone wants to buy one let me know. These are the rings I got, Leupold http://www.opticsplanet.net/leupold-...qrw-rings.html

These are the bases I ordered, aluminum for da lightness : http://www.outdoorsuperstore.com/sto...+BASE&x=23&y=9
