Ebay troubles...help anyone

I have been buying parts off ebay...just a few and got some great deals....now some guys is pissing me off

i bought a 01 battery tray and undertail..on the 9th and the only response i got from this ass was after i emailed him wondering what was going on....his email read "what do u want a response to"

it has been a week since i won the auction and payed and no other emails from him and no shipment i assume....anybody here ever file a claim with ebay and did u get your money back

at this point i would just like what i payed for...this guy had 140 perfect feedback.....damnit i just want what i payed for.....

Luckily, I've never had a problem with eBay. I'd report him to eBay. Just send him a nice polite email that informs him that he has failed to fulfill his end of the contract, and you'll be seeking legal advise for "breach of contract".

Ebay won't do anything if it's only been a week. Give it a little more time and keep emailing the seller.

Good luck getting it back. Ebay does have a process you can follow to recoup money...but in all honesty, I doubt you'll get it back through them. They make you jump through hoops forever and most people end up getting fed up and just say fuck it (been there, done that). If you payed via Paypal you can try filing a complaint with them, although don't expect much better with them since they're owned by eBay. You're best bet will just be to hound the hell out of the guy any way possible till he get's so sick and tired of you that he sends your shit or sends your money back. You can threaten him with negative feedback, but that's not much of a threat anyways; and all that'll happen is he'll give you a negative in return. Good luck with it, but anymore, buying shit on there is a gamble.

Well well well look i scared the kid after filing a claim

message one:

If you want to call me feel free. Sorry for any inconvenience that I have caused you.
Adam Palm
606-599-****

message 2:

YOUR TRACKING # IS 0305220000008******* MY FATHER SENT IT OUT THE OTHER DAY. YOU SHOULD GET IT FRI OR MON

message 3:

What is wrong with you the item has already been sent. I had to wait until the funds cleared my checking acct. It was sent USPS priority mail and should be there Friday or Monday. I believe I sent you an e-mail telling you that I had to wait for the funds to clear my acct.

my response:

No email was sent...I only received one message from you asking what I wanted a response to. The transfer of funds was done in 2 days to paypal. Any transfer from paypal to your bank account falls on Paypal and not me. If the items are as described I will drop my claims and not start one with eBay. Also if the items are as stated I will leave a neutral feedback instead of negative so that this does not hurt your reputation. Next time keep in contact with the buyer and answer emails and message.

Frank

if i don't get it tomorrow or sat i am gonna flood this guess number just to piss him off.....

Your new avatar?????? Cant tell ya what I think, maybe thats someone you know!

For e-bay, hopefully you get your parts. I filed claim on DN box, E-Bay kicked it to Pay-Pal. Pay-Pal said, Sorry cant do anything. Sent that response to e-bay, and got back some cash from e-bay. Less S/H price & 20%.... I think was 20%. This prick lived 75 miles south of my brother, But figured the cost in gas there and back. Called it even! still have his address, if we ever go down that way will pay a visit just for the hell of it:
