whats on the menu?

Ok
I'm no 4 star Chef, but I have attempted to hook up a meal for my wife and I this 4th of July. Last night I grilled some T-bones, so we went for burgers tonight. As I type this the grill is getting warm

So, I mixed ground beef with chopped onions and garlic, along with some other spices for our burgers. I've got fresh corn, buttered and salted and wrapped in foil going in the grill. I've got collard greens stewing on the stove with a nice ham-hock in the middle for flavor. I would attempt to make potato salad, but it would probably turn out tasting like shite.

Thats really about it, besides the standard potato chips! Oh yea, and I got a decent bottle of vino to top it all off.

add a little garlic and blue cheese toasted baggette, and a nice deep merlot to go with it.

Potato salad is about the easiest and quickest thing to ever make. I am a traditionalist and like the americanized version that can be found here + the mustard....not all that fancy thing with carrots and apples and crap.
