New Rifle ??

Thinking about getting a new rifle, .308 caliber. Anyway came across this company new to me! ArmaLite, just wondering if anyone heard something about them? Good or Bad??
Thinking about getting the AR-10A2C.

I have read that they are good quality product. Obviously a cheaper version of the Colt series. Hell, I'd buy one, if I was allowed. If we buy for work, it has to be a Colt, like the ones we carry.

armalite was the company that built the first generation ar15/m16 family. they are great rifles. i have a friend who has one of those ar10s and has nothing but good to say about it

I have an AR-15 and it is a pos. When I was in the Army too my M-16 was a POS.. How ever I also have a AK-47 and I love it. It never jams and is a mean shooter. the problem is my shoulder hurs after shooting and its not as accurate as the AR. So you have to decide either on reliability or functionality?:gun

Yeah, the AK-47 is a pretty nice rifle. I had one for about 5 years back in the 80's, was very accurate and would black & blue your shoulder. Also go thru a case of ammo in minutes
