sadness

My daughter's pet died today. Jewel was just over 2 years old. We just found her laying in the cage...

Jewel is a female rat brown in color and a pink tail. We love(d) her very much, lots of fun to play with. My daughter is crying right now...worst feeling seeing her cry like this.

RIP

I'm sorry to hear that, poor little girl. That's gotta be tough. Our golden ran off and never returned. My son still talks about her, two years later.

Sorry to hear that... loss of a pet is almost like losing a family member... regardless of what kind of pet it is

I think we're gonna hold off for awhile until the tortise eggs my folks have hatch(if they do). Then I'll get one maybe two of them for us. They should be hatching in the next 1-2 months if they're fertile. This is the third year our female has laid eggs. The first two years they didn't..
