but ugly, not to usefull, but not a concealed weapon. Laws in the states allow you to carry up to 4" blade without it being considered a concealed weapon, I believe switchblades are legal, but stilleto's are not (it has to swing out, can't stab out)

In canada it's any blade of any length provided it doesn't open by gravity, centrifical force, spring, lever or mechanism. That said I carry a carson flipper knife every day and have never had a problem with it, I'm sure if I stabbed somebody or started shit the cops would take it, but realistically you can grab 99% of knives by the blade (while closed) flick the wrist and the weight of the hilt will flick the knife open, meaning it was opened by centrifical force, and is illegal, at which point the cops take it and you have to go get it back from the station later.
