Poll worker in trouble with the law
LOUISVILLE, KY - In Kentucky, a poll worker is in trouble with the law, after he's accused of attacking a voter.
42 year-old Jeffery Steitz is facing assault charges.
Police said a voter named William Miller claims that after he cast his ballot, it did not go through the tally machine.
He said Steitz looked at the ballot and told him it didn't go through because Miller didn't vote for any judges.
Miller said he told Steitz that he didn't have to vote for judges, and that's when Steitz choked him and shoved him out the door.
I don't know about you guys, but I think Steitz was only trying to demonstrate just how important judges can be.
