Full Leathers Question

I am finnaly going to get a set of leathers. So what is the most imortant thing when it comes to sizing??? MY measurements(dont get any ideas boys)LOL is

Chest 42-43
waist 40
arms 28-29
inseam 29
height 5'10"
210 lbs

I dont find anything that fits that. So I was wondering if waist size is the most mportant or chest etc... Help please. Since I am ordering on line this is important. I cant go to the local shop and try some on because the ones that I am probally going to get I dont see in local shops and every sizing chart is different with manufactures..

Mak sure they are a bit snug for initial fit cause they will stretch. They should make standing straight up when brand new a bit difficult, but not hard. Meaning they should pull on you a bit. For me, knee fitment is important, (I know sounds wierd) but if they are too tight on the knees while in riding position they can cause them to ache after a long ride.

Ordering blind on the internet is risky at best, so yeah, go try some on. The different makers all have a different fit. European makers tend to be a bit tighter in the waist from my experiance.

I have a JR Speedmaster size 42, I'm 5'9" @ 170lbs with a 32-33 inch waist and it fits me perfect. But a Dianese is a bit snug..

the groin is the most important. if your boys are getting squished you are not going to do well in the race. im 5 10 240. i wear a us 50 eur 60 agv. its ok

For a one-piece, when I try one on for fit, it should be snug or borderline uncomfortable; it will stretch with time. the most useful fit for me is the measurement from the groin to the shoulder. I'd say that unless you're packing a few pounds in the mid-section, the shoulders would be the closest measurement to the fit. I can't ride comfortably unless my shoulders have good range and fit.

It's been my experience that a one-piece will run more true to size than a zip-together, so the regular size jacket you wear will be a good good starting point for your suit... don't try to size down initially.

Maybe whatever brand you're planning to buy, if they have a jacket in the store, you could try the jacket on and hope the suit will be about the same style cut.

I dont have a beer belly if that is what you are thinking. I am a little plump but my sizing does not fit the realms of most sizing charts.

Oh and BTW Do the letters F O mean anything to ya?

Remember guys, you inseam should be more or equal to your waist. If your waist is more then you drink too much beer...
