lol ya it'll turn out about as good as the last one did, 2 countries of 20 making the targets, the rest completely ignoring them.

well the US also didn't say that they where going to.

the only countries in europe that has curbed emissions at all are Germany and the UK. 2 out of 19. and Spain is like more than half again the emissions that they where in 1990, where the US is ballpark 20% more.

so I say north america does like the spaniards (and my little brother) and just go "ok, yup.... ok, I'll do that.... yup, ok (mom)." and then as soon as the ones asking you to do it turn around, go back to business as usual.

amen to that ffwf.

the real killer in my books, is replacing incandescant bulbs with flourescant ones, so a little less CO2, and in return, a little bit of mercury. And there's no disposal method set-out for the bloody flourescant bulbs either.

if I owned land near a landfill, I'd be selling RIGHT NOW.
