For sure it has a lot of power, that Raptor is like one of the fastest ATVs out there today. Just be careful and ride safe.

That's Storm and i'm glad your crash was nothing serious.

But riding an ATV has nothing to do with riding a bike.

It's actually not the fastest....it has the most torque for sure, but that's about it. Don't let that big "700" fool you guys. Remember, 450's fours are now racing in the 250cc class in AMA. 700cc four would equate to roughly a 350cc two-stroke.

My first bike was a quad, and I basically grew up on them. Hands down, two strokes (Quadracer 500cc, Banshee 350cc) twin still smoke the any of the fours for raw top speed.

I rode a 700 about three months ago, and I wasn't impressed. It's geared very strangely (2nd is too low and 3rd is too high...no happy medium cruising gear), and the bike quickly overrides the suspension, in both weight and power. It's HEAVY, and that's not attractive for trail or motocross riding where the bike needs to be nimble. Hence, why GNCC focuses on 450cc fours....they are the lightest, fastest and most nimble bikes out there. The 700 was built for Glamis and dune riding.

It's still one hell of a bike to ride for your first time, Storm!

yea I'd take a banshee over a raptor, but in my opinion the banshee is more controllable as well. Which is why I'd take it.

quadzilla's kicked ass.
