Parking ticket

My lunch cost me 50 bucks today because my parking meter ran out! The ticket was for $40. How much are parking tickets for expired meters where you guys are?

25 cents = 1 hour downtown

of course if your a friend of mine and park for 5 minutes in my driveway and partially block the sidewalk, they give you a $50 ticket.........

makes perfect sense to me......

especially considering i have to walk around about 30 bushes and ten trees every night on my two mile walk that block the sidewalks......

Ok, I feel better now :! Downtown San Francisco will cost you a quarter for 8 minutes and won't register more than an hour even if you keep feeding it Motorcycles on the other hand are dirt cheap and will register to 8 hours. I think i stuck 5 dimes in the meter once and got like 2.5 hours
