gun light

check out what I just bought. It's amazing how just randomly browsing through ebay can get you to spend $40 that you hadn't planned to

Hope it works well. Should fit right on the bottom slide of my glock 23.

So that at night you light yourself up as the #1 target...? I thought you were military, can't you get a decent set of nightvision goggles?

Um..........where should I go with this....

Different environments call for different tactics. If I'm clearing a room, or walking downstairs in my underwear in the middle of the night, both the intruder and I know where each other are there. If you heard a bump in the night, you'd probably sneak around your house all slow, peeking around corners like they do in the movies. I'd use my white light and have all 3 stories of my home cleared in less than 2 minutes. "Violence of Action", it goes a long way.

However, If I'm conducting actions on the objective after a 2 kilometer movement to contact, then yes, white light might not be the best option.

Stick to being a civilian, it's probably what you do best

Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

But I'm sure your local thieving scum will thank you for not having guns when they break in to your house to take everything you own and rape your wife and daughter in the process.

Maybe you can hit them with a rolled up newspaper ? :

the best part about this thread is that snair and belgium have both just responded to nothing but a troll comment from someone who probably owns more guns, and more useful guns, than both of them combined.

and honestly phil. if you want to go with the "civilian" idea, then you should know that simply turning the lights on will do more for your concept than anything that little light will do.

lights on guns are useless as anything other than an aiming point for someone else with a gun.

That's what I was thinking! It made sense to me, but apparently it doesn't make a difference?

Gun laws only apply to the law abiding citizen. Not to criminals.

In the US legal gun ownership is up and gun crimes are down. Legal gun owners are sick of the shit.

Since concealed weapons permits are more accessiable to legal gun owners: thoes areas/states have lower gun crimes.

nice light BTW. I think my Springfield XD-40 could use such an item....
