New bike :)

As you know, I sold my 04R1....

Got a NEW bike now, and just went out on it for the first time today.

I burned 850 calories doing it

It's a 2008 Cannondale Rush, with all the goodies on it

I love mountainbiking

Only thing is i thought you sold the R1 cause you didn't have time to ride it? Takes more time to ride the push bike:

LOL yeah it's a nice bike, but personally I don't care much about brandnames and bling factor as long as it works, has a nice gear range (for up and downhill fun) and you have fun riding...:

have fun dude :

Actually it doesn't. I can hop on, ride like hell for an hour and be back - hit the shower and I'm done. I can do this alternating with running.

With the R1, if you want to have any kind of fun riding it (here in Belgium) you have to count at least 4-5 hours to get to the Ardennes and ride the twisties.

Yup....plus where I live it's one speed camera after the other - we have them at every possible intersection and then some...

Belgium is completely full of houses, traffic is crazy and everybody's trying to kill you.

I see, no wonder you sold the R1

My mountains are only 2 miles from me, if I had to ride hours just to get their I would sell too
