Got some new Powder

I Just got some more powder today one is Super mirror red the other is super mirror black. I cant wait to see what they look like when im done.
Been powder coating my bike myself slowly Heres some pics.
First thing i coated was my OEM rearsets

Nice work!! What kind of equipment are you using to spray / bake? One of my riding buddies does his own powder coating too, has a nice little set up in his garage.

Just a hobby gun and a toaster oven in my parents garage, my normal oven isnt hooked up yet.

Heres what i got done today :

GAs cap & Ring in Super Mirror Black





Way better than that Bronze looking crap from factory

Heres the Triple tree in thae same color the center part will be Super Mirror Red once i tape all the black off




So What U guys Think So Far??

Unhappy Finished............. for now

Well heres the finished piece not to happy but its my first time doing 2 colors on the same piece,but practice makes perfect i guess. The problem is were i taped off the black (which looked perfect) it left a thin silver line were i taped to close to the edge or not enuff powder coverage.

it looks pretty good for a first time two tone. just take a red sharpie to the silver line.
