So, a bunch of military dudes at work. Expect no political correctness, sensitivity or any other type of "latest corporate catch phrase" awareness. Just raw... how it should be.
We'd jump on a grenade for each other, but don't expect any mercy or sympathy either. Example: If you come in sick with the shits and flu, people just make fun of you for being weak...
I'm sure Mark and others can relate.
So yesterday, we are all sitting around BSing for a while and someone gets a phone call. He gets off the phone and says, "damn, my teenage daughter just got in a car wreck. messed up her new car..."
It got kind of quiet and someone asked "Wow, so is she ok man?" He said yea, she was fine...to which the next reply was "ok, now that we know she's ok, we can make fun of you because your car insurance is about to go up!"
Messed up, but funny too.
